Before the Surgery
Before the surgery, the patient's overall health is evaluated, and areas for fat harvesting and buttock reshaping are examined. The patient's goals and expectations are discussed, and detailed information is provided about the surgery and recovery process. Once blood tests and necessary evaluations are completed, the surgery is scheduled.
Hospital and Surgical Process
Pre-operative tests are typically completed on the same day or the day before surgery. No food or drink should be consumed for at least 8 hours before the procedure. If no issues are identified during the anesthesiologist’s evaluation, the surgery proceeds as planned. The BBL procedure is performed under general anesthesia, so the patient feels no pain or discomfort during the operation. The surgery takes about 2–3 hours, but the total hospital stay may be longer due to anesthesia and recovery.

Pre-Surgery Preparation
BBL is performed under general anesthesia. Fat is harvested from selected areas via liposuction, purified using special techniques, and injected into the buttocks. The procedure typically lasts 2–3 hours. After the surgery, the patient is monitored for a short period and is usually discharged the same day or the following day.
