Before the Surgery
Before the operation, the patient undergoes a detailed consultation with a specialist surgeon. During this appointment, the patient’s overall health is evaluated, expectations are discussed, and the specific areas for fat removal are identified. Any existing medical conditions, regular medications, and allergy history are carefully reviewed. Required blood tests, EKG, and anesthesia evaluations are conducted.
Smoking and alcohol use should be discontinued at least two weeks in advance, as they can negatively affect the healing process. Blood-thinning medications like aspirin should also be stopped under medical supervision. During the pre-operative period, a compression garment and prescribed medications are provided as part of the preparation.
Recovery Process
Mild swelling, bruising, and edema may occur after surgery
